Founded in 2018 by firefighter father-son duo Bill & Zack Swets, DSI Junk Removal is built on values of service, integrity, and hard work. After years on the fire truck, Bill realized the same dedication to helping people could be used to clear out clutter, relieve stress, and give neighbors a fresh start. With Zack’s youthful energy and Bill’s decades of experience, they tackle everything from single-item pick-ups to full estate cleanouts with professionalism and care.

Unlike franchised operations, DSI Junk Removal is locally owned and truly invested in the communities we serve. We provide free, no-obligation estimates and honest pricing, and we arrive on time in clean trucks with uniformed crews who treat your home like their own. Because we live here too, we donate usable items to Northwest Indiana charities, recycle metals and electronics, and work with area recycling centers to keep as much as possible out of landfills—following the same eco-friendly principles that the big players tout.
